  2. Incorrect or Damaged Order: If you have received an incorrect or damaged order, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving it. Include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

Once we have the necessary information, our Quality Control team and Shipping partner will investigate the issue to provide a resolution.

Conditions for Refund:

For a refund or replacement, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with all tags intact.
  • It should be in its original packaging.
  • Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will internally inspect the returned item and notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
